Me: “I don’t have your Schedule Of Fees. I never got one.”
Customer service person: “I’d be happy to send one to you for an administrative fee of $25.”
Me: “$25?! To find out what your fees are?!”
Customer service person: “That fee is clearly listed in our Schedule Of Fees.”
