Man, I seriously cannot believe I made this myself.

Next time: vine-ripened tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, maybe a little bit of lime zest. And a splatter screen for my trusty cast-iron dutch oven. And a bigger blender.

After that: home-brewed mustard.
